Bournemouth literally hit the ground running in their first ever season in the Premier League as the Cherries' running statistics were the division's best.
Eddie Howe's industrious side ran 117 kilometres per game during the 38-game campaign, while third-placed Tottenham ran them close by running 115.7 km per game.
Liverpool, whose players have been made to press under German tactician Jurgen Klopp, and West Brom make up the top four - according to statistics provided by EA Sports.

It may come as no real surprise that relegated Aston Villa, who were lethargic throughout the season and deservedly finished rock bottom, had the worst running statistics in the league.
Villa's players ran just 105.9 km per game - leaving them miles behind their rivals in the running department.
Manchester City, who pipped rivals United to fourth spot during the final round of Premier League fixtures, were in the bottom three along with Stoke and the aforementioned Villa when it came to kilometres per game.
Andrew Surman, who played every single minute of Bournemouth's league campaign, ran the most miles during the Premier League season.
The 29-year-old central midfielder ran 460.04km, which is the same distance between London and Paris.
Surman, however, was trumped by his team-mate Dan Gosling to the Premier League marathon man award as the latter covered the most amount of ground per 90 minutes.
England trio James Milner, Dele Alli and Adam Lallana closely following Gosling, while James McClean, Christian Eriksen, Erk Lamela, Jack Cork, James Ward-Prowse and Cesc Fabregas make up the top 10.
Howe will be hoping his players do not run out of gas during the summer and will be hoping to cherry pick more marathon men during the transfer window.
